Tel Aviv: A 80 sq. meter, 4-place, ground floor backyard garden apartment with a 12 square meter backyard and parking on Hahagana Road in the Neve Barbur community was offered for NIS 2.17 million. A 105-square meter, four-space, seventh ground penthouse apartment such as an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Avenue in the Neve Chen community was bought for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 sq. meter, five-home, next flooring condominium with an elevator and parking on Recanati Road in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was marketed for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 sq. meter, 3-place, fourth ground apartment with a stability area, 14 sq. meter balcony, 13 square meter storage home, elevator and two parking areas in the Blue Project overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, health and fitness space and tennis court in the setting up was sold for NIS 6.4 million.

Rishon Lezion: A 75 square meter, 2.5-place, 2nd ground condominium with no elevator and no parking on Hasadeh Road in the Remez community was offered for NIS 1.45 million. A 119 sq. meter, five-home, sixth flooring apartment with an elevator and parking on Abarbanel Avenue was bought for NIS 2.13 million. A 254 square meter, 7 area dwelling with a 49 square meter basement on a 320 square meter whole lot with two parking areas on Yamit Avenue in the Neve Dekalim neighborhood in the west of the city was bought for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 sq. meter, 4-home, next floor condominium with an 8 square meter solar balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was offered for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 sq. meter, five-room, fifth ground apartment with a 12 square meter solar balcony, storage space, elevator and parking on Nordau Avenue was sold for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 sq. meter, four home, next floor apartment on Hakerem Avenue was marketed for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
